Refund policy

We want you to have an excellent shopping experience, so if anything isn't 100% with your order, we hope you'll give us the opportunity to put it right!

If there is a problem with an item in your order, please contact us straightaway by emailing enquiries@theyorkshirewitch.com with the details.

We will offer a replacement or refund if your item is damaged on receipt.

We accept returns within 30 days of your item being bought in store or your postal order being received. If you are returning in store, please bring your receipt. Once we have received and processed your return, you will be refunded within 48 hours.
