* Directions for use: 1. Light the tip: ignite the end of the Smudge Stick until it catches fire, then gently blow it out so it smoulders & produces smoke. 2. Use a fire proof dish: place the smouldering Smudge Stick in a heat-safe bowl, Abalone Shell or fire proof dish. 3. Waft the smoke: use your hand or a feather to direct the smoke into corners, around objects or over yourself, moving clockwise for cleansing & protection. 4. Ensure ventilation: keep windows & doors slightly open to allow smoke & negative energy to exit. 5. Extinguish safely: press the smouldering end into sand, soil or your fire proof dish to extinguish it completely & never leave unattended.
