In this set of candles, there are 7 different coloured candles; representing each of the Chakras. The Chakras are centres of Spiritual energy in the body, believed to influence our physical, emotional & spiritual well being. These primary energy centres are located along the spine & each is associated with specific physical locations & spiritual aspects.
* Muladhara (root chakra): located at the base of the spine, this chakra is associated with the Earth element, the colour red, stability & belonging. * Svadhisthana (sacral chakra): located in the lower abdomen, this chakra relates to the water element, the colour orange, emotional well being, creativity & healthy sexuality. * Manipura (solar plexus chakra): situated at the navel centre, this chakra corresponds to the fire element, the colour yellow & is linked to personal power, self esteem & the ability to act. * Anahata (heart chakra): located in the chest area, this is the centre for the air element, the colour green & is associated with love, compassion, balance & connection. * Vishuddha (throat chakra): found in the neck & jaw area, this chakra represents sound or ether, the colour blue & is connected to clear communication, creativity & self expression. * Ajna (third eye chakra): positioned between the eyebrows, this chakra relates to light, the colour indigo & is tied to intuition, clarity, imagination & insight. * Sahasrara (crown chakra): located at the crown of the head, this chakra is associated with thought, the colour violet or white & symbolises spiritual connection, wisdom & unity with the Universe.
